This is a processed Pseudo section through a landfill site in an old sandstone quarry, the survey having been carried out to check for leakage of leachate from the fill.

This section clearly shows an area of low resistivity in the sandstone below 20 meters, the known depth of the quarry floor. The seepage can clearly be seen from this section, extending some 7 to 9 meters below the lower boundary the landfill.
